    THERE IS SOMETHING IN ME WANT TO DO WEIGHTLOSS, AND THERE IS SOMETHING IN ME DON'T WANT TO DO THAT, AND WHAT IF I HAVE INCLINATION TOWARDS WHICH WEIGHTLOSS, SO THEN AM I ATTACHED OR TANGEL TO WEIGHTLOSS. I AM SEEING BOTH PARTS AND ATTACHED TO ONE, which will be good for me. How approach this

    Hi Ann I'm loving your video clips and I'm finding it so true and helpful to be aware of the body sensations. The acknowledgment of the feeling helps. I have a UTI and I'm giving myself rest because my body told me I need it. Thanks for the insights😊

    what is really so painful inside me? Is that the body response like me today really could breath was so heavy was that the pain or the thougt that its too painful i want to get rid of?

      Say a gentle Hello to what is painful, and then imagine you are sitting down next to it, like with a friend, to get to know it better. Everything you want to know will be there.

    thank you Barb that was exactly my situation i wanted to asked out and to get showm his engagement and to be wanted- That did not happen so i now sit and somehow frozen in the impossible and the not knowing how to go on with it. Feeling no more able to feel love and receiving love again and feeling closed and somehow diminished in my capacity to love what would be the the very first step?

      Can I answer... All the time? The more you do it, the better. When you wake up in the morning, when you fall asleep, after you read your email, before you start a meal... And ideally, eventually, you will be in touch with your feelings all the time! -Ann

    i love this process so much my stongest part is that i believe that its thats its my inner critic saying you are really waistung your life to hold on to your desire and the other says you know that its impossible you even dont have informations for success. And you spoil your whole life give up And i believe they are so strong

    A very useful skill. I think acceptance is important when trying to find the unclear edge. And prevents negative emotions from popping up. We have to accept ourselves, at each moment of the practice.

      So true! And what I like is, there is a way to accept ourselves, by turning toward anything in us that isn't accepting, and simply acknowledging that.
